Nicholas S. Coburn

Nicholas S. Coburn is the founder, Partner, and co-manager of Bloomfield Capital Partners.  Prior to forming the Company, Nick was the founding member of TriCap Holdings, a diversified real estate finance company focused on opportunistic real estate financings, and multi-family value-added investments.  Prior to this, Nick was Vice President of Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC), where he directed the development activities of the company for more than seven years.  Nick is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law and also received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.  He is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan. Jason F. Jarjosa

Jason F. Jarjosa is a Partner and co-manager of Bloomfield Capital Partners.  Prior to joining Bloomfield, Jason was Vice President of ValStone Partners, a $300 million private equity firm located in Birmingham, MI focusing on opportunistic and distressed investments.  During this time, Jason worked on acquisition and bridge loan originations across various sectors of real estate.  Previously, Jason was a business and corporate development manager at Trilogy Software in Austin, TX and Callidus Software in Chicago, IL.  Jason started his career as an investment banker at Schroders (now Citigroup) in New York.  Jason received his BBA and MBA from The Stephen M. Brent K. Truscott

Brent K. Truscott is a Principal of Bloomfield Capital Partners.  Prior to joining Bloomfield, Brent was an Associate of ValStone Partners, a $300 million private equity firm located in Birmingham, MI focusing on opportunistic and distressed investments. During this time, Brent worked on acquisition and bridge loan originations across various sectors of real estate including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, gas stations, and outdoor advertising.  Prior to joining ValStone Partners, Brent spent two years as an Associate at DTE Energy Services, where he focused on project development and M&A transactions.  Prior to that, he was an Associate in the business valuation group of Standard & Poor’s and an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets in Boston.  Brent received his M.S. from Columbia University in Real Estate Development and a B.S. in management with a concentration in finance from Boston College.  He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.  Brent can be emailed at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. John B. Dean

John Dean is Vice President of Institutional Sales for Bloomfield Capital Partners. John's background is a combination of institutional capital management, pension fund fiduciary and public service. Prior to his work with Bloomfield, John was a Partner at Whitestone Global Partners, and Advance Capital Management. John was the Secretary and Treasurer of the Michigan Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems (MAPERS) for six years where he also acted as a Trustee. John has served as a highly-decorated law enforcement officer for 36 years, acting most recently as the Chief of Police of Waterford, Michigan. During his time with the Waterford Police Department, John served as trustee and chair of the Waterford Police and Fire Pension Fund for over 20 years. John attended Oakland University and the FBI National Academy and is the recipient of the NAACP Presidential Award.  John can be emailed at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Stacy L. Long

Stacy Long is Bloomfield's Controller.  Having a rich history of experience focused on corporate finance and real estate-related accounting and technical tax issues, Stacy brings a wealth of expertise and insight to Bloomfield.  Stacy started her career at Plante & Moran, LLP where she specialized in taxation, and went on to become both an attorney, and real estate finance specialist.  Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.  Stacy can be emailed at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
